We approached APC Success in the run up to an RICS APC Interview session due to performance issues with our previous external APC support provider. At short notice, APC Success stepped in to deliver invaluable, focused, revision sessions to our candidates assisting us in securing a 100% pass rate.
Following that initial training session, APC Success then worked with us to develop a training programme that meets both our company and our candidates’ needs. That includes sessions with our entire cohort through to more focused, smaller, progression and revision sessions.
Feedback from our candidates is positive and the training delivered is complementary to the training that our company provides for our candidates internally. A further positive for the business is that we get a third party perspective on the progression of our candidates. This useful feedback on candidate progress, and suggestions for areas of development has also enabled us to target project work for our candidates to ensure they gain the breadth and depth of experience required as part of their wider APC training.
