Carrie Guy MRICS

Carrie is an APC Assessor and has been supporting APC candidates for nearly 10 years, setting up APC structure at a number of previous employers. Carrie is a Building Surveyor with a breadth of experience in commercial and residential projects nationwide, Party Walls matters and a variety of inspection skills including Planned Preventative Maintenance, Technical Due Diligence and Condition surveys.

Carrie has worked closely with Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers (even marrying one!) and Project Managers for the entirety of her career and supports all of these Built Environment pathways.

Carrie’s own route into the industry and gaining her APC wasn’t the most straightforward, resulting in her passion to support others and simplify the APC and provide rounded support which considers the person not just the process.
