We offer bespoke, in-house APC training for candidates, mentors, counsellors and organisations

Course delivery is currently online – we expect a return to in-person delivery in due course.
In addition to APC candidate coaching, APC Success’ market-renowned and very popular training courses are available for APC candidates working in real estate organisations and surveying firms that do not have access to a corporate APC training programme.
We bring together c.15 candidates in single groups for the intensive and highly-interactive courses, which are suitable for candidates on the Commercial, Corporate, Property Finance & Investment, Planning & Development and Residential APC Pathways.
Details of the dates and how to register are available via our website and are treated on a first-come, first-served basis. The key details for the course are provided below. By registering for our course, you will be joining a cohort of candidates from other firms that will be sitting their APCs at the same time as you, and we encourage candidates to support each other as they prepare for their submissions and interviews.

APC and Real Estate Courses
APC: Pre-Assessment Session
Candidates must present a very high quality submission because assessment panel decisions are based largely on this paperwork.
This course will help you understand what assessors are looking for, guide you through the process, selection and design of case studies, and teach you how to optimise the time spent on your submission.
APC Success: Paperwork & Interview Preparation Course
This course, previously referred to as the 3-Day Intensive APC Revision Course, is a combination of the APC Success Paperwork Preparation course and the APC Success Interview preparation course. By attending the courses in this combined format, attendees receive all the learning benefits of both courses, including continued virtual support between sessions from their cohort and coach, at a reduced cost.
APC: Moving into the Final Year
In the final year you must focus on several key aspects in order to make your APC as successful as possible.
This course focuses on making your final year as successful as possible and includes creating a personal timeline based on your progress, advice on competency selection and progress, and finalising case studies based on assessor expectations.
APC: Supervisors and Counsellors
APC Counsellors and those providing supervision perform an invaluable role for their candidates.
This course helps you understand your obligations to the RICS and candidates, and how best to provide support. We cover the role of counsellor, understanding candidates needs, key APC requirements, course processses, and much more.
Introduction to Property
This course is for non-surveyors working in property organisations.
We will cover the technical and legal background of property markets, the commercial objectives of real estate organisations, finding the information you need to improve your performance and make your work more interesting and rewarding, and more.
