Miles Keeping MRICS

Miles is an APC Assessor, Chair and Appeal Panel member as well as a leading APC coach, working with a number of prominent real estate clients. He is passionate in helping APC candidates to demonstrate their competency and professionalism as a means of developing their future careers.

Miles was formerly a Partner at Deloitte Real Estate and has held senior roles at GVA (now Avison Young) and at King Sturge (now JLL).  As well as practising as a Chartered Surveyor, he also had responsibility for graduate and APC training at these firms. Prior to working in private practice, Miles was a Senior Lecturer at Oxford Brooks University where he established and led the MSc in Real Estate.

Miles combines his role as an APC coach with that of specialising in helping property owners and developers achieve sustainable outcomes in their work.  Miles was conferred as Professor in Sustainable Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University in June 2015 and is a Chartered Environmentalist as well as a Chartered Surveyor. When not engaged in the above, he writes real estate textbooks… and makes things out of wood!
